Texas Children’s Hospital – The Woodlands Campus

The Woodlands Campus of Texas Children’s Hospital is a 548,000 square foot facility on a 22 acre site that was designed to offer inpatient and outpatient in a child friendly atmosphere. The facility includes advanced surgical and ancillary spaces. The project included 120 exam rooms, 32 acute care beds, 28 critical care beds, 25 position ER, 210,000 square foot MOB, and a 335,000 square foot structured parking garage.

Memorial Hermann Healthcare System, TMC Heart & Vascular Institute

This 230,000 square foot facility is the most modern hospital of its kind in Texas. The freestanding heart and vascular hospital, the first of its kind, houses 147 patient beds, CVICU cardiology care unit, and 6 cardiac catheterization units, and an electrophysiology lab.

St. Luke’s Hospital at the Vintage

St. Luke’s Hospital at the Vintage is located in a wooded site that included a lake and walking path to use as a healing garden for patients and families. This 212,000 square foot facility includes 106 patient beds, 76 surgical beds, 12 ICU beds, and 14 delivery units. The hospital includes 6 operating rooms, 2 endoscopy rooms, 2 catheterization labs, and a cytology room. 

Texas Children’s Hospital Neurological Research Institute

The Jan and Dan Duncan Neurological Research Institute is a research facility operated by Texas Children’s Hospital and Baylor College of Medicine designed to support 30 to 40 basic faculty and clinician-scientists with the goal of developing treatments for childhood neurological diseases. The building is a 13 Story 350,000 square foot research institute with a 50,000 square foot sub-grade parking area. The project includes 70,000 square feet of laboratory space and 25,000 square feet of vivarium space.
