
BELTWAY LAKES I, II, & III
The Beltway Lakes buildings are Class A Office Buildings, all three of which received LEED Gold certification. Beltway Lake I is a 6 story 165,000 square foot office building and was completed in 2007. Beltway Lake II is a sister building that is also a 6 story 165,000 square foot and was completed in 2008. And Beltway Lake III is a 9 story 2700,000 square foot office building completed in 2015 and included 14,000 square foot Amenities Building and a 3 level structured parking garage.

AIR LIQUIDE CENTER NORTH AND AIR LIQUIDE CENTER SOUTH – MEMORIAL CITY
Air Liquide Center North (9807 Katy Freeway) and Air Liquide Center South (9811 Katy Freeway) are two premier commercial office spaces located in Houston, Texas, both completed in 2015. Air Liquide Center North is a five-story building with 281,000 square foot of first-gen office space with a LEED Silver certification. Air Liquide Center South is a twenty-story building with over 466,000 square foot of office space with a LEED Gold certification.

MURPHY BUILDING – 9805 KATY FREEWAY
The Murphy Building is a 14 floor, 320,000 square foot office space that was completed in 2013. The project received LEED silver certification.

NEXEN TOWER – 945 BUNKER HILL
This 320,000 square foot Class A office building was completed in 2012 and achieved LEED Silver Certification. The fourteen-story building has a 5 level parking garage and direct access to Memorial City Mall through a skywalk network.

920 MEMORIAL CITY WAY
This 320,000 square foot Class A office building was completed in 2009 and achieved LEED Silver Certification. The fourteen-story building has direct access to Memorial City Mall through a skywalk network.

Memorial Hermann Tower – 929 Gessner
This is a 900,000 square foot Class A building. The thirty-three story building also includes a seven level parking garage.

1201 Louisiana Total Plaza
1201 Louisiana Total Plaza redesign is meant to create a more user-friendly, open floor plan, while harnessing the abundant natural lighting that is derived from the tower’s all-glass façade. The renovations encompass the tower’s 821,723 square feet of Class A office space and 11,735 square feet of retail space. We installed new LED lighting across the street and in the 2nd-floor lobbies, as well as new signage on the interior and exterior of the building.
